Manic day yesterday. Not eating as much has become so much easier now ……the shake in the morning and afternoon seem to be filling me up and I’m not even snacking on the free foods. My clothes are so much looser……it feels great……

You may have noticed i missed out day 5.
I finished work late and didnt get round to it.
Not much happened apart from work / work and more work. But i stayed strong and stuck to the rules.

So day 3!

Woke up before my alarm went off which is a rarity and prepared my long awaited meal that i would take to work. Chicken breast in a sticky bbq glaze lots of veg and some spicy cous cous. 500 cals!
